How can I know if a product is available in your warehouse?
If the product that you are interested in is available the “In Stock" is displayed on your screen. Otherwise "Out of Stock" will be displayed.
Can i order products that are out of stock?
Products that are out of stock in our warehouse, usually, go into production immediately and are available in 10-15 days. For more information regarding these products feel free to contact us.

Which raw materials are used for the production of your products?
The raw materials that are used to produce our products are brass and stainless steel. Both metals offer high resistance against oxidation.
How should i clean my products?
Avoid using hard cleaning cloths, wire sponges and acid cleaners. Wash using warm water and a mild cleaning product. Then dry with a soft cloth. This is the best way, we recommend, in order to clean the surfaces of our products perfectly.
The product that i received is defective
In the case that a product is defective, let us know. In many cases the problem is solved by replacing a spare part. For your convenience, we recommend that you provide us with as much details as possible about the problem (photos and videos). In this way you will help us find the solution to the problem.
My product was damaged during the delivery procedure.
